How Our Shipping and Freight Policy Works:
Freight Free = All Website PARTS AND ACCESSORY ORDERS over $500.00 at dealer net.(EXCEPT CATCHERS)
Freight Free = All Small Accessories except catchers if shipped with a Freight Free Parts or Unit Order
All orders should be placed on our WEBSITE.
All other orders will be F.O.B. Groveland, Florida warehouse
EQUIPMENT = Refer to Manufacturer Whole Good Program
Orders submitted to Cook’s Power by 1:00pm EST will be shipped same day.
Payment Terms – Due 10th of the following month.
Emergency Orders from Factory have a $20 minimum order plus cost of freight.
BackOrders – Please check your packing slips/ Invoices upon receipt. If there is a backorder that you do not want, cancel immediately (within 3 days) via email to Parts@CooksPower.com or call our office to cancel. This will help us to manage the inventory and prevent any restocking charges. All back orders are freight free if original order qualified for free freight.
Parts Returns – Email Parts@CooksPower.com for an R.G.A.#. A 15% Restocking Charge will be applied. No credit will be issued for any returns without an R.G.A.#.
Freight Damage/Shortage – Please do not accept any freight that is SHORT ITEMS or DAMAGED until the Driver notes the SHORTAGE or DAMAGE on Freight Bill. Call Cook’s Power while DRIVER is still at DEALERSHIP.
